CoDesign Learning Center - CLL
CoDesign Engineering, through its knowledge partnership with NTPC and NPTI, brings workforce solutions in the power sector for the academia.

The focus is to reduce the gap between the skills expectation of the industry (both private and public) and what the academia produces, with the help of industry-assisted programs to make students ready for productive employment in the power sector. CLL faculty is already engaged in delivering programs for organizations like NTPC and NPTI.

CLL is introducing the following hands-on courses, each spread over 3-6 months:
• Conventional Power Plants
• Super Critical Power Plants
• Combined Cycle Power Plants
• Overview of ASME B31 Piping Systems
• Pressure Vessels, Tanks and Heat Exchangers
• Solar Photovoltaic Power

CLL also brings campus support programs in cooperation with Talent Campus
CLL engages very closely with students in engineering college campuses for aligning their skill sets with the industry requirements. CLL evaluates the current skill sets of the students followed by holistic engagement programs to bring students at par with the requirements of the industry - thus enabling them to enhance their employability in respective fields on a long-term basis.

CLL, in collaboration with Talent Campus, works with the students from their first year to help provide them focused academic input backed by industry guest lectures, industry visits, internship support, mentoring by industry experts, and finally guidance for placements and continuous career growth advise from Talent Campus and CLL industry mentors.

CLL is backed by a dedicated industry advisory board to help achieve the above and guide the students.
